Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to define the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between “SEO Release Labs” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) regarding the use of the application service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Supplementary Rules)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other applicable laws, as well as the detailed guidelines established by the Company.
Chapter 2. Use of the Service
Article 3 (Eligibility)
Any person capable of installing and using the Application may use the Service.
Article 4 (Service Registration)
- Service registration becomes effective when the Customer agrees to these Terms established by the Application administrator.
- The Company may reject an application for service use in the following cases:
- If false information or omissions are included in the registration.
- If the application is made for purposes that violate public order or morals.
- If the requirements established by the Company are not satisfied.
Article 5 (Termination of Service)
Customers who wish to terminate the Service may do so through the procedures provided within the Application settings.
Article 6 (Service Availability)
- The Service is generally available 24 hours a day, year-round. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended due to operational or technical reasons.
- The Company may suspend the Service for maintenance, system issues, or operational purposes with prior or subsequent notice when possible.
Article 7 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice if the Customer:
- Interferes with another person’s use of the Service or misuses another person’s personal information.
- Uses the Service in violation of laws, public order, or social morals.
Article 8 (Modification and Suspension of the Service)
- The Company may restrict, modify, or suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:
- Maintenance or repair of service facilities.
- Power outages, system failures, or excessive traffic.
- Termination of agreements with service partners or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Natural disasters, national emergencies, or force majeure events.
- In the event of service suspension, the Company will provide notice through the internet or other available methods whenever possible.
Chapter 5. Miscellaneous
Article 19 (Company Information)
Company Name: SEO Release Labs
Article 20 (Restriction on Transfer)
Neither the Customer nor the Company may transfer, assign, or provide as collateral any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party.
Article 21 (Compensation for Damages)
- Customers who violate these Terms intentionally or negligently and cause damage to the Company shall compensate the Company for all resulting damages.
- If the Company receives claims or legal disputes from third parties due to unlawful acts or violations committed by the Customer, the Customer shall compensate the Company for resulting damages.
- If damages occur to the Customer due to the Company’s violation of applicable laws regarding personal information protection, the Company shall bear responsibility unless it proves the absence of intent or negligence.
Article 22 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
- The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by the Customer’s fault.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any expected profits or losses resulting from the use of the Service.
- Final judgment regarding information obtained through the Service rests solely with the Customer, and the Company shall not be liable for resulting damages.
- If the Company cannot provide the Service due to technical or operational issues, notice will be provided whenever possible.
Article 23 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- In the event of disputes related to the Service, the Company and the Customer shall make sincere efforts to resolve them through mutual consultation.
- If disputes cannot be resolved, either party may apply for dispute mediation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Privacy Policy
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties.
Personal information is used only within the scope described in the purpose of collection and use of personal information and is not used beyond that scope or provided to other individuals, companies, or organizations.
Automatic Collection of Personal Information
The Company does not operate cookies or other automatic collection devices that gather personal information during the use of internet services.
